I have over 20 years experience removing viruses and malware from home and small business computers, and I have seen virtually every type of infection from trojan horse viruses to ransomware and everything in between.
There are steps in my virus removal process.
Step 1 – Backup
Whenever it is possible, I make a complete backup of all the files in your user directory.

Step 2- Diagnostic Testing
These tests gather information about the hardware and software configuration of your computer and can help me determine if there are other problems that need addressing. Sometimes a slow computer is not a virus at all but a slowly dying hard drive, for example.
Step 3- Malware Scanning
The system will be scanned for all types of viruses and malware and all infections will be cleaned.
Step 4- Repair or Reload
If your computer’s Operating System has been damaged by the virus, I will attempt to repair the damage. In many cases the damage is so severe that the Operating System needs to be completely reloaded.
Step 5- Update
If your browser searches are being redirected,I will change it to search with Google. In addition, if your homepage is changed, I will reset it to Google or any other page you specify.

Any damage to Windows system files will be repaired. All current Windows Security Updates will be downloaded and installed to patch all known security holes in your Windows operating system.

All other free software on the computer will be updated to the latest version. This includes programs like Adobe Flash player, Adobe Reader, Java, Macromedia Flash Player, Quicktime, Google Chrome, Firefox, ITunes, CCleaner, VLC Player, and dozens of others.
If you have antivirus software, it will be tested to ensure it is functioning correctly after the malware infection. If it has been damaged, or if you didn’t have an antivirus product, I offer a discount on Bitdfender Antivirus 2018
All your drivers will be updated to the latest version to improve performance and prevent hardware problems.
I hope you’ll check out my my Facebook Page (you can click “Like” on the blue button at the top right of this page once you are logged in to a Facebook account). You will get updates whenever I post something to Facebook, which you can “like” and share on your wall. Every time something I post on Facebook gets “liked”, shared or commented on, it helps me draw in new customers.
